Normal delivery of

your purchase.

For finished and readily available products, shipping will occur within 3-5 business days.

 

For products that are designated as "Made to order", please allow up to 7 days to create the product and an additional 3-5 days to commence shipping.

 

For commissioned items, we will work with you to get the item to you when you need it by; however, please note that due to the process of creating new art pieces, this may take up to 30 days. We strive to do better, please be patient with us. Your commissioned piece will be sent to you within 3-5 business days of final receipt of funds.

 

Your purchase will be packaged carefully so as to minimize the possibility of damage in transit.

Shipping fees are the customers responsibility unless otherwise noted on the items sale page.

 

When your package is ready to be shipped, we will use USPS as the carrier and normally bring the package to them within 3-5 days. Exceptions to this are items contained in the store that are marked as "Made to Order" as well as commissioned items., see above.

 

Your package will have tracking and insurance to ensure that it gets to the mailing address given during checkout.

 

If your package arrives broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. For further information on this process, please see the refund policy.

If we are unable to ship products in a timely manner (3-5 business days), A notice will be posted to the home page. This would typically be due to but not limited to: taking a vacation, or injury/illness.
